I believe in a "no frills" style of training, simple yet effective, no fancy techniques, no miracle routines, just exercise! Yes you might get tired, you might be out of breathe and one day you may even get sore. This is normal, you need to constantly stimulate your body to avoid adaptation in order to see results.

Exercise should become part of your lifestyle: eat, sleep, work, exercise. Maintain a routine and avoid taking extended breaks, your body loses conditioning much faster than it gains. To achieve your goals you need regularity.

You don’t have to go the gym 7 days a week for the rest of your life. Avoid boredom, try a new exercise or sport, stay motivated by being involved in a variety of physical activities.
Of course maintaining a balanced diet is a major part of staying healthy.
